Step-Up for Charity @ South West is an initiative by the South West Community Development Council (CDC) and Dairy Farm Singapore to canvass for essential items for needy families. Every 2,500 steps garnered will contribute to a bag of basic essential items for a needy family.

The month-long charity drive which commenced from Sunday, 14 June 2009 will include a series of road shows and conclude with a Mass Step-o-Robics exercise, to be held at the Hope in Harmony, Strength in Community event on Saturday, 18 July 2009. JOIN US in our effort to help the community!

ROAD SHOWS

Date: Saturdays and Sundays, 27 and 28 June 2009

Time: 11.00 am to 8.00 pm

Venue: VivoCity Giant Hypermarket Basement 2 Entrance

Highlights:
a) Skipping;
b) Walk as you shop (clocking steps while shopping); and
c) “Find & Reward” (clocking steps while you search for our listed products and get rewarded!)

FINALE EVENT – HOPE IN HARMONY, STRENGTH IN COMMUNITY
