Why work with us? There are several reasons why you should work with us in meeting your manpower crunch:
- A ready pool of trained job seekers
We prepare our pool of job seekers by putting them through a series of Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) training which ranges from generic skills to sector-based training.
- Participation in our recruitment events
South West organises a series of recruitment events for our employers every month. Such recruitments range from Walk-in Interviews to Job Fairs.
If the number of your job vacancies is 8 or more, we can organise a recruitment drive exclusively for you where we will provide you with a venue and logistics support. What's more, all these services are at no cost to you.
At times, we will also invite you to participate in our job fairs where appropriate. Such fairs will help you to attain wider outreach and may fully meet your manpower crunch.
- Wider outreach and publicity
We may also broadcast your job vacancies through our Community network such as Community Centres/Clubs, Comcare Local Network (CLN) and our partners.
- No cost
We do not charge our employers for the series of recruitment services as we believe in working closely with employers to help meet your manpower crunch and at the same time helping our residents to be gainfully employed. |
